Alveolus109 (2025), from the Alveolus series, was selected as the cover artwork for Sto cieni, the Polish edition of One Hundred Shadows by Hwang Jungeun, published by Tajfuny in 2026.
Through this collaboration, an existing watercolor painting enters the context of a literary publication. The original work is shown below alongside the finished cover, where its diffuse forms and paper texture meet typography.
Alveolus 시리즈의 작품 〈Alveolus109〉(2025)가 폴란드 출판사 Tajfuny에서 2026년 출간한 황정은의 『백의 그림자』 폴란드어판 『Sto cieni』의 표지 작품으로 선정되었다.
이번 협업을 통해 기존의 수채화 작품이 문학 출판물의 표지로 이어졌다. 아래에는 원작과 완성된 표지를 함께 소개하며, 회화의 번지는 형태와 종이의 질감이 글자와 만나는 모습을 보여준다.
